- Greets guests in a prompt, professional and courteous manner offering assistance, instruction, and advice on various types of Class II Gaming machines.
- Provides accurate change to patrons as requested.
- Observes all patron activity within assigned area; responds to questions from Casino Guests on machine functions and payouts.
- Assists guests when machines are in need of repairs by contacting and confirming assistance of a Gaming Machine Technician; resolves tilts and jams as requested.
- Safeguards company assets by keeping track of keys, funds and security access cards.
- Attends and participates in regularly scheduled staff meetings.
- Responds to customer's requests in a prompt and professional manner; contacts supervisor as needed.
- Completes jackpot/cancel credit payouts and all relevant paperwork accurately and within established time lines.
- Completes jackpot payouts and ticket fills within established time lines and completes documentation as required.
- Assists in cleaning and maintenance of the Gaming Machine areas and assists in maintaining inventory of supplies.
- Ensures compliance with all regulatory requirements and policies and procedures, in all areas at all times.
- Maintains confidentiality of all privileged information.
- Contributes to a team effort and accomplishes related results as required.

- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of six (6) months customer service and money handling experience.
- Must be twenty-one (21) years of age.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to interact and maintain good working relationships with individuals of varying social and cultural backgrounds.
- Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with co-workers at all levels.
- Ability to represent the Casino in a professional manner, building respect and confidence.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict timelines.
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written and oral form.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- No felony or theft convictions.
- Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen, background investigation, obtain and maintain gaming license.
- Tribal preference.
- Enrolled members of the Jena Band of Choctaw tribe who satisfy the minimum job qualifications;

SUMMARY:
Under general direction from the Gaming Machine Shift Supervisor, promotes a positive customer experience by providing accurate change for patrons; addressing questions or concerns about how Class II Gaming machines are played and the types of payouts; and resolving tilts and jams in a prompt and courteous manner.
