For the self-administration of the association at the main office in Koblenz, we are currently looking for a


Accountant, Tax Specialist, Administrative Professional, or Career Changer

with qualified accounting knowledge (m/f/d) in full-time or part-time, permanent.


You have a passion for numbers, data, and facts, as well as organizing and managing financial accounting, maintaining accounts receivable, and cost accounting.

Additionally, you are familiar with debt collection and legal collection procedures, which you prepare and support other departments with.

Delivering high-quality results in the context of billing and administrative tasks is a given for you.


Your responsibilities
l Organizing and managing traditional accounting tasks (fixed asset, accounts receivable and payable, bank statement management)

l Posting all business transactions

l Reconciling accounts

l Processing payments

l Assisting with year-end closing activities

l Debt collection and legal collection procedures


Your profile
l Good completed training in tax law or business administration

l IT user skills (MS Office, DATEV, and document management)

l Structured, careful, and results-oriented work style

l You are an open-minded and sociable person, enjoy working across departments in a team, act loyally and discreetly with a friendly
