Qualifications:
- Must have a warm and vibrant personality that creates a welcoming atmosphere for our guests
- This is a physical job as you are required to be standing for prolonged hours
- One must also be able to lift heavy objects (≈20lbs)
Responsibilities:
- The Event Facilitator will be responsible for the event logistics, assisting with the setup and breakdown of events, managing event attendees, and ensuring the safety and comfort of both people and puppies during the events
- Goes above and beyond to ensure a positive experience for attendeesIs a true team member, being proactive to help others and collaborate
- Keeps company ethos in mind in everything they do
- Set up the yoga studio and puppy area, every day upon arrivalPerform puppy cleaning duties, provide nourishment, and offer care to puppies upon their daily arrival
- Set up any special decor for occasional themed weekends
- Greet and checkin guests, ensuring they receive a warm welcome to the studioClean up after puppies during and between classes
- Be attentive to puppy safety and guide the guests with helping them to handle the puppies properly
As a Puppy Yoga Event Facilitator, you will be at the forefront of creating memorable and engaging experiences for participants.
Your core skills in event planning, customer service, and time management will be essential in coordinating successful events that meet the needs of both humans and furry friends.
Utilizing your premium skills in negotiation and event marketing, you will have the opportunity to enhance the overall event experience and drive participation.
Your relevant experience in hospitality, guest services, and catering will further enrich the events, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all attendees.
