Our client, an international production company, is looking for a Plant Manager (m/f/d) in direct employment in the district of Meißen.

What you will do:

You will be responsible for achieving results, taking into account safety, quality, customer service, innovation, and costs
Planning, organizing, and managing the plant operations
Developing the strategy, setting ambitious goals, and driving performance indicators for the plant to ensure a costefficient and customeroriented operation
Establishing a zeroloss culture and promoting initiatives for continuous improvement in costs, productivity, waste, quality, safety, and environmental performance through the use of LEAN and Operational Excellence tools and processes
Building and maintaining a safe, cooperative, and engaged work environment
Initiating plans and processes to minimize manufacturing costs through effective use of employees, equipment, materials, and capital
