About Us

We, FACT IT, are the IT company of St.

Franziskus-Stiftung Münster and are responsible for the IT operations in 15 hospitals and other healthcare facilities, serving a total of 14,000 employees.


Our daily work environment consists of highly sensitive IT environments of critical infrastructure and a high-end data center with two locations, managing clinical, diagnostic, and administrative applications and over 7,000 clients.

Your Responsibilities - How You Contribute

You administer the clinical information system (CIS) modules used in hospitals, as well as other medical applications (such as Medavis, LabCenter, Medicolor, Cardio, Padsy, Natus).

You manage user roles and permissions, as well as master data in the CIS.

You support and train users (m/f/d) in their work.

You assist in the administration of clinical documentation, appointment and surgery scheduling, and health insurance billing.

You actively contribute to the development of the CIS and internal projects.
