Responsibilities:
Scheduling and confirming appointments
Answering calls and providing basic patient information.
Maintaining patient records confidentially and ensuring the accuracy of information.
Coordinate with the surgeon and other medical personnel to ensure smooth operations.
Ensure that all paperwork and appointments are completed accurately and timely.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must have excellent customer service skills and the ability to professionally communicate with patients and coworkers.
- Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- Excellent communication skills with other employees and patients
- Work experience is preferred but not necessary to join us; if you are willing to learn, we are eager to train
- Must speak English and Spanish

Pay:
