- Sign-On Bonus

- Must be board-certified in Child Psychiatry and hold an active state license, CT preferred.
- Will lead an interdisciplinary team responsible for providing psychiatric care for children in the outpatient setting
- Child and Family Treatment also provided at school-based programs
- Co-Occurring Disorders (Substance Abuse) Medication Management Group Sessions
- Responsibilities include diagnostic evaluations, annual re-evaluations, recommending/initiating treatment interventions, and follow-up care as indicated.
- Participation in multidisciplinary team meetings; staff meetings and staff training. Charter Oak Health Center is a Federally Qualified Health Center.
