Responsibilities:

Planning and implementation of the most effective personnel deployment, personnel scheduling (aiming for minimal overhead costs)
Technical leadership, training, and support of operational employees
Coordination of visual and functional inspections, as well as measurement tests on components in incoming goods
Ensuring the material flow of various parts
Documentation of error, testing, and work results
Reporting to branch manager and clients
Responsibility for compliance with occupational safety rules and working time laws (including safety training)
Responsibility for the implementation of all organizational processes (e.g. compliance and availability of work instructions)

Qualifications:

Completed vocational training, for example in the field of automotive mechatronics, industrial mechanics, painting, metal construction, or other skilled trades
Ideally, you have first experience as a shift leader (m/f/d) in quality control / incoming goods inspection of components in the automotive or metal industry
Ability to read technical drawings
