Job Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop recruitment strategies.
- Negotiate offers and facilitate the hiring process.
- Lead campus recruitment initiatives to attract new graduates.
- Research industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Recruiter or similar role.
- Familiarity with HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Workday.
- Strong knowledge of employment labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in employee relations and contract negotiation is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability in lead generation for recruiting purposes.
- Knowledge of campus recruitment strategies.
