(Senior) IT System Engineer (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

Design, implementation and maintenance of VMware NSX solutions for network virtualization and segmentation to ensure a secure and efficient infrastructure
Integration and management of Azure Cloud Services, including configuration, deployment and monitoring of virtual machines, networks and services in the Azure environment
Consultation with clients and internal teams on best practices, implementation strategies and potential risks related to VMware NSX, Microsoft Active Directory and Azure Cloud Services
Support the sales team in creating offers, tenders and RFPs by providing technical details and specifications of proposed IT solutions
Maintenance, upkeep and development of our own data centers where we offer cloud and hosting services to our clients
Identification and determination of optimization needs for existing infrastructures in close collaboration with the client

Your profile:

Completed IT studies / training as an IT specialist for system integration or a comparable IT education with several years of professional experience
Relevant certifications such as VMware Certified Professional (VCP),

Microsoft Certified:
Azure Solutions Architect Expert and other relevant certifications

Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex IT infrastructure problems
Proven experience in planning, implementing and managing VMware NSX, Microsoft Active Directory and Azure Cloud Services
Ideally, experience in system house or several years of expertise in conducting migration projects
Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with complex infrastructures and identify optimization potential through vulnerability analysis
Strong customer service mindset
