About the Job

We are looking for a Director of Community Training and Employment Programs to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the Goodwill Career Pathways Institute and our various training programs to support individuals in gaining employment. If you are passionate about helping people overcome employment challenges and have experience in workforce development, then this position is perfect for you.

Job Summary

Lead the Goodwill Career Pathways Institute and training programs
Collaborate with team members to develop and implement strategic initiatives
Provide oversight for program operations and compliance
Deliver training and create new educational programs
Build relationships with partners to enhance training opportunities
Monitor performance metrics and analyze data for continuous improvement
Coordinate community training efforts

Essential Job Functions

Administer Youth and Re-Entry Employment Preparation Programs
Update training curriculum based on industry trends
Implement various learning solutions
Work with Subject Matter Experts to develop training content
Manage accredited certificate programs
Develop professional development curriculum
Build partnerships and relationships
Collect and analyze program data
Create job certification programs

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree minimum, Master's degree preferred
3 years of workforce experience
3-5 years of supervisory experience
Background check required
Valid Driver's License
