We're seeking a
Treatment Nurse - LVN or RN to join our growing team Reliability, trustworthiness and consistency with regard to attendance is extremely important to this job.

Responsibilities:


  • Perform dressing changes and wound care.
  • Responsible for monitoring/followup of all ulcers and incisions with appropriate documentation and communication to physician and family.
  • Assess Weekly nutrition/hydration of residents with all ulcers and incisions, evaluate and initiate additional nutritional intake as required.
  • Monitor lab reports for incidence of infection in assigned wounds. Evaluate causative factors/problems, and solutions and communicate same to nursing staff management.
  • Augment floor staffing if needed

Requirements:


  • Licensed Nurse in good standing with state agency.
  • Excellent technical, assessment and documentation skills, leadership qualities, and good communication skills.
