    Job Title: Overnight Juvenile Justice Youth Counselor

    Company: NFI Massachusetts Inc.

    NFI Massachusetts Inc., a non-profit human services agency, is currently looking for an Overnight Juvenile Justice Youth Counselor to join their team in Peabody, MA.

    • Residential DYS programs for adolescent males referred by the MA Department of Youth Services
    • Classes, counseling, life skills, and pre-vocational training
    • Goal of rehabilitation and supported community reintegration

    This position is a great opportunity for individuals interested in the Juvenile Justice and Child Welfare systems, law enforcement, corrections, and probation.

    We are seeking dedicated individuals with strong interpersonal skills to provide care to the youth in the program. Candidates should have experience working with teenagers, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work within a team.

    Job Details:

    • Status: Full time/Part time available
    • Schedule: 3rd shift 11:00 pm-7:00 am
    • Hours per week: 30-40
    • Hourly rate: $22.00

    Job Requirements:

    • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Criminal/Juvenile Justice preferred
