    Job Summary
    Mount Prospect Academy is seeking Overnight Residential Youth Counselors/Direct Care Behavioral Health Professionals to join the team in Pike, NH. This role offers full-time, part-time, and per diem opportunities with a 4-day work week schedule inclusive of full benefits, paid time off, and a rewarding career. Employees also have access to shared affordable temporary housing.

    Responsibilities & Opportunities
    As an Awake Overnight Counselor, you will play a crucial role in nurturing and providing a secure environment for the youth in our care during the night hours. Duties include:
    • Assisting with bedtime and wake-up routines.
    • Conducting regular bed-checks and crisis support.
    • Encouraging student success and positive behavior reinforcement.
    • Implementing structured programming and facilitating student growth.
    • Documenting incidents and service delivery effectively.
    • And more.

    Qualifications
    • Associate or bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
    • Valid driver's license and eligibility to work in the U.S.
    • Successful completion of background checks.
