Job Overview:
Duties:
- Experiance in Concrete estimations.
- Follow safety guidelines and protocols at all times.
Requirements:
- Min 5 years experience in commercial and residential concrete saw cutting and demolition>
- Previous experience in concrete work or construction is preferred.
- Familiar with current job cost and market cost for concrete cutting core drilling wall sawing flat sawing interior strip outs hard demolition and site clearing.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions from supervisors.
Nice-to-have Skills:
- Construction estimating
- Negotiation skills
- Proficiency in software such as Bluebeam or HeavyBid
- Understanding of construction management principles
- Cost control knowledge
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans
Pay:
$ $100.00 per hour
