Our location has 133 apartments for our residents who live with us for several months, and 21 hotel rooms for our guests.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Together with our location manager, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of all processes at our location in Munich.

You ensure that our community and guests have unforgettable stays at our The Base location.

Your tasks include:

Conducting checkins and checkouts for our residents and guests
Being the point of contact for all questions and requests from our community
Assisting in organizing and executing community events such as tastings or quiz nights
Managing the content of our resident app and promoting community events and our café
F&B service in our café
Developing and implementing strategies to increase service efficiency and quality
