**Sweetwater, the nation's number 1 online retailer of music instruments and pro audio gear, is seeking to hire a dedicated, driven, and eager Assistant Category Manager to join our Pro Audio category The Assistant Category Manager will be responsible for answering product availability questions, pre-sales questions from our Sales Engineers, updating price lists, and perform other duties as assigned or requested from the Category Manger.

Responsibilities:

Working with our numerous vendors to resolve a variety of issues for Sales Engineers
Creating and maintaining records inventory records in 4D
Managing Market Price Reports
Managing exception reports promptly and accurately
Staying current with system information, changes, and updates

Qualifications:

Ability to effectively provide support to Sales
Knowledge of wireless, audio Interfaces, microphones, mixers, etc.
Knowledge of live sound engineering, recording and installation
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
Paying close attention to detail and a high level of organization
Responsibility to promptly complete assigned tasks
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Positive attitude
High School diploma or equivalent or 3 years industry experience
