The Role:

Content Manager: Manage content strategy/creation/editing+video production for social media channels
-
Podcast Editor: Record & Edit 2-3 podcasts weekly
-
Photo + Video: Photograph + Film monthly meetups and conference/network trips

Desired Background & Experience:

Photography, Videography, and Podcast Editing Experience Required
Fluency in social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube,
Experience creating high quality subtitles/captions for video shorts
Proven Experience growing YouTube channels
Creating high quality YouTube Thumbnails
Time Management skills and ability to meet deadlines
Positive Attitude and Team Oriented
Attention to detail, effective communicator
Creative, Curious, High-Energy
Ability to work in fast paced environment
Interest in real estate/entrepreneurship is required
Organized, Problemsolver, and Proactive
Fluency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere, Audition, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator)
Fluency with Canva
Fluency with AI tools
Fluency with Sony cameras
Fluency with Audio Recording equipment
