Fast-paced, rapidly growing physician management/healthcare technology company seeks high energy, super organized, multi-tasking administrative assistant. We manage multiple physician companies and are looking for a highly organized, mission-oriented coordinator with superior technology and organization skills to help keep us all on track

  • Highly organized because healthcare changes rapidly, and we must be agile to stay ahead of our competitors
  • Adept with technology to help us all stay organized and professionally operate and achieve our mission (Outlook, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint and more)
  • Maturity to handle confidential matters
  • Calendar management to ensure the executives and the doctors know where to be and when
  • Project management skills to keep things moving on time
  • GRIT and perseverance to get the job done with a small on your face
  • Willingness to do whatever is needed to help the team succeed

Requirements:


  • Bachelors Degree
  • Strong technology skills for O365, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, Word and new technologies for newsletters, project planning and more
  • Event planning experience highly desirable (help us plan and coordinate meetings and events)
  • Office coordination and support
  • Customer service skills so our "customers" know how important they are to us (patients, doctors, and more)
  • Helper by nature with examples of how you went above and beyond to help a coworker or a manager
  • Superior organization skills to support multiple companies, executives and teams
  • Desire to constantly learn & master new information (in this case healthcare administration, marketing, customer service and more)
  • Interest in healthcare, especially primary care and the elderly population

Pay:
$ $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
