Description

At the earliest possible date, we are looking for you as a Team Leader IT Network (m/f/d) for our location in Berlin at Biola.

Your responsibilities
Responsible for shaping, developing, growing, and coaching a team of approximately 10 people in the Network Operation Center
Close collaboration with the Product Owner and Scrum Master of the team and other teams in the network area to understand requirements and provide technical solutions
Supporting team members of the campus team in their personal and competency-based development
Regularly conducting employee discussions
Coaching and mentoring junior team leaders
Regular coordination with other team leaders in the network area to define standards in employee management
Promoting a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team
Your profile
Completed degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or training as an IT specialist (m/f/d) or comparable qualification
First experience in a leadership role in the field of network technology
Practical experience in an agile environment and understanding of the complexity of agile transformation
Independent, goal- and results-oriented work style as well as a high sense of quality and responsibility
Commitment, a sustainable and prudent work style, and enthusiasm
Excellent German language skills.
