Our non-profit firm is seeking one full-time JAG Team Leader to help those we serve achieve their dreams. The home office is at our corporate office located at 4600 American Pkwy #301, Madison, WI 53718


The JAG Team Leader is primarily responsible for coordination of the JAG programs consistent with he goals, policies and procedures of Forward Service and JAG National.

This position is responsible for the implementation of program services, technical assistance, program monitoring and evaluation.


The JAG Team Leader is a rewarding position that assists program participants to independence, to promote self-sufficiency and to help unleash their potential.


PRIMARY DUTIES INCLUDE

  • Provide direct student services by identifying, recruiting and instructing students deemed to have multiple barriers to advancing to the next grade level, achieving graduation, and/or making a successful transition from school to a career with advancement opportunities
  • Supervise JAG Career Specialists
  • Develop employer relationships within the community.
  • Provide appropriate curriculum and ensures student achieve specific JAG competencies through classroom instruction.
  • Ensures an appropriate pool of students by directly recruiting students through a variety of qualified sources
  • Oversee recruitment of JAG eligible individuals within the required target populations to achieve program standards for all FSC JAG programs.
  • Contact private and public employer to market specific employment programs for JAG students.
  • Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Ensures positive perceptions of the JAG program within schools by developing and maintaining positive, effective working relationships with school personnel including teachers, administrators, students and members of the Advisory Committees.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree and three (3) plus year's work-related experience with supervisory responsibilities and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Valid Wisconsin Teaching License is preferred.


COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

  • FSC offers a very competitive wage for this fulltime, exempt position with a
    minimum starting salary of $70,800.84 /yr with additional compensation based on direct experience beyond the minimum requirements.
  • Example: Meet only minimum requirements start at $70,800.84 /yr; with 3 additional years of direct experience start at $71,862.86/yr; 5 additional years of direct experience $74,034.91/yr, etc.

    4 weeks of PTO the first year of employment and
