$1,500 sign-on bonus offered to qualified individuals
Operate production equipment at or above production and quality standards and Clean In Place (CIP) systems. Perform master sanitation responsibilities and provide assistance with preventive maintenance tasks.


Job Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Maintain flow of milk/ finished product through manufacturing facility.
  • Ensure all quality assurance checks are performed at designated intervals.
  • Ensure all paperwork is completed correctly at designated intervals.
  • Ensure all recording charts are properly documented according to company and regulatory regulations.
  • Maintain safe, clean, and organized work area throughout the facility and common areas.
  • Anticipate problems, implement solutions, and look for continuous improvement/process improvement opportunities.
  • Safeguard and protect all company assets and proprietary information.
  • Assume responsibility for the attainment of plant goals and objectives. Make decisions in a timely manner.

Minimum Requirements:

Education and Experience_

  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
  • 1 year of manufacturing experience

Pay:
$19.00 per hour


Expected hours:
No less than 40 per week
