Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Food Runner/Busser to join our team. As a Food Runner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient food delivery and exceptional customer service.

Your primary responsibility will be to deliver food orders from the kitchen to the appropriate tables or customers in a timely manner.

Duties:

• Retrieve food orders from the kitchen and ensure accuracy
• Deliver food orders to tables or customers promptly and courteously
• Assist with food preparation, such as garnishing plates or assembling takeout orders
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including clearing tables and resetting them for the next guests
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
• Communicate any customer feedback or special requests to the appropriate staff members
• Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations

Experience:

• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
• Familiarity with kitchen operations and food handling is a plus
• Knowledge of the food service industry, including restaurant or hotel experience, is beneficial
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
