    Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our virtual team in Louisiana. As a Virtual SLP, you will have the opportunity to work remotely, providing therapy services to students in need of speech and language support. This position offers flexibility and the chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of students from the comfort of your own home.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct virtual assessments to evaluate students' speech and language abilities
    • Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and student needs
    • Provide virtual therapy sessions to students using evidence-based techniques and strategies
    • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other members of the educational team to support students' communication goals
    • Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
    • Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions and student progress

    Qualifications:

    • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
    • Active Louisiana state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
    • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
    • Experience working with school-aged children, preferably in a virtual setting
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and effectively manage a caseload
