About The Role:
The primary role of this position is to provide quality service and support to the

North America Sales Team:
Divisional Sales Managers, Regional Sales Managers, Virtual Sellers, Strategic Account Managers.

In this role, you are the primary point of contact for your assigned sales associates, providing them accurate and prompt support.

In addition, you will provide quotations to external customers.

What Will I Be Doing?

Handle incoming calls from internal customers (Manufacturing, Customer Service, Service, Tech Support, Bid Specialist, Credit, Analytics, etc.) and assist to resolve customer complaints and problems

Handle incoming calls from external customers requesting quotes

Prepare and processing of quotes, with accurate and timely completion of requests from the sales team (and external customers) to execute updates, changes, and new information within CRM

Assist customers in figuring out product needs and provide advanced assistance on products

Initiate no charge orders, returns, credits, sales allowances, traces, replacement orders, and billings

Review all commercial terms and conditions requirements and negotiate with various Hach internal departments to determine solutions to satisfy customers' business requirements

Coordinate/consult with the legal department to ensure Hach's protection from unnecessary and/or costly contract obligations

What Are The Qualifications?

A High School diploma or equivalent, with at least 2 years of customer service/administrative experience in a "supporting" position.

Outstanding communication, de-escalation, and empathy skills with a "customer-centered" attitude.

Excellent time management , multi-tasking skills, and an expert at managing a busy workload with multiple competing priorities.

Ability to work in multiple systems throughout the day (Salesforce/CPQ, Oracle, Quote Tool, Finesse)

The salary range for this role is $25.00/hr - $30.00/hr.

This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting.

We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Colorado.

This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus pay.
