PERSONAL PARTNER has been successfully operating as an external human resources department for over 30 years (no recruitment). We provide individual support to national and international companies in all areas of personnel administration and payroll.
To strengthen our teams in Riesa and/or Leipzig, we are currently looking for a full-time or part-time Human Resources Officer (m/f/d).
Responsibilities
- Advising and supporting managers on all personnelrelated issues
- Processing all personnel administration tasks (from entry to exit formalities, certification, etc. such as employment references, employment contracts)
- Supporting and advising employees and managers on payrollrelated issues and acting as a contact person (m/f/d) for authorities
- General administrative tasks
- Taking on special personnel tasks
- Preparing, creating, and checking payroll and salary statements
Qualifications/Skills
- Commercial vocational training, relevant degree desirable
- Professional experience in human resources and payroll
- Additional qualification as a certified personnel specialist (m/f/d) desirable
- Knowledge of labor, income tax, and social security law
- Good knowledge of MS Office, experience with a payroll program (e.g. DATEV, SAP) desirable
- Good knowledge of German and English
