We have a vacancy:

for our outpatient service at the Wasserturm Service House in Neumünster, we are looking for a Deputy Nursing Service Manager (m/f/d) in full-time or part-time, permanent position.

As an engaged deputy manager in the nursing department, you will assist in the professional, organizational, and personnel management of the various living areas.

With your organizational skills, you will take on the responsibility of creating and monitoring schedules in the absence of the nursing service manager, and support them in their daily tasks.

With a focus on the professional development of your team, you will assist in planning based on their qualifications and personal suitability.

You will also support the sustainable quality of care and documentation according to MDK-QPR in close collaboration with the nursing service manager, residents, family members, nursing team, and other departments.

You will be available as a substitute contact person for your team and residents, addressing individual needs. You will provide compassionate and thoughtful care for the residents' basic and medical needs, and recognize their individual needs.

Here's what we're looking for in you:

First and foremost, your personality: a positive attitude towards working with people, compassion, empathy, patience, reliability, flexibility, and openness.

You have completed training in elderly care, health and nursing care, or pediatric nursing, and have professional experience in the inpatient sector.

Good communication skills and proficiency
