For our social station in Zehlendorf, we are looking for a dedicated and reliable deputy nursing service manager (m/f/d).

Your profile:

Completed vocational training as a geriatric nurse, health and nursing care nurse
The ability and willingness to impart professional knowledge and experience
Business thinking and acting
Communication skills, sense of responsibility, reliability, and teamwork, assertiveness
A respectful and friendly approach to our seniors and their relatives
German language proficiency at least B2 level

Your tasks:

Individual care and support according to our care concept to ensure the quality of life of our seniors
Planning, implementation, and documentation of holistic care processes
