Description

We are looking for friendly and resilient reinforcements for our team in Gadsden. As a new team member, you should have a particular joy in working with children and teenagers.

The tasks include accompanying and caring for children and teenagers in elementary school. The care takes place during lunch break in the cafeteria, in the play and recreation rooms, and in the schoolyard.

Your responsibilities with us

  • pedagogical care and supervision of students on school days (Monday to Friday) for approximately 2 hours during lunch
  • organization and implementation of suitable playful and creative activities

Adjustment of tasks may be subject to change.

What we expect from you

  • some experience in working with children and teenagers (ideally through pedagogical training or professional experience)
  • joy and a good and safe approach to children
  • organizational skills
  • reliability, creativity, and initiative
