Accountant Responsibilities
Checking bank statements and reconciling them with general ledger entries
Compute taxes owed, prepare tax returns, ensure prompt payment
Ensuring the accuracy of financial documents, as well as their compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Financial forecasting and risk analysis
Inspect account books and accounting systems to keep up to date
Analyzing data collected in order to determine the state of the company's financial health
Accountant Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
Strong system skills (Advanced Excel), Oracle is a plus
3+ years of related experience; ideally Big 4
Analytical, communication, and computer skills
