Quality Management Manager (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the quality assurance team
- Ensure internal product and supply quality for consumables
- Establish a process landscape for all manufacturing processes in the plant
- Drive continuous improvement processes
- Maintain and implement the integrated management system ISO 900
- Collaborate closely with departments, act as a communication channel to sales companies and customers
Your profile:
- Technical degree or equivalent qualification
- Experience in quality management
- First leadership experience
- Knowledge of relevant standards and methods such as 8D report, FMEA, Six Sigma, etc.
- Excellent communication skills, confident demeanor, and assertiveness
- Good command of German and English, both written and spoken
