- Provide virtual instruction in Science for students with special education needs
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to individual student learning objectives
- Utilize technology to facilitate virtual learning experiences and maintain communication with students and parents
- Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to ensure student success and progress
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and assessment results
- Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field
- Valid Illinois teaching license with Special Education endorsement
- Science certificate
- Experience in virtual or remote teaching preferred
- Ability to effectively engage and motivate students in a virtual learning environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Dedication to meeting the diverse needs of students with disabilities
- Comfortable with technology and virtual learning platforms
