Saint Francis - Manchester is a non-profit Assisted Living Facility at 65 West Clopton St., Richmond.

We are seeking committed, detail oriented, compassionate, self-motivated and cheerful team members to join our work family and provide the below listed services.

As a Registered Medication Tech, you will play a crucial role in providing medication administration and direct care support to our residents.

Pay is as follows:

RATE:
$19.25 = $17.25 / hour + $2.00 / hour Evening Shift Differential

+++ Thank You Incentive:
+ $200 for Each Five Extra (beyond Shifts Worked per Pay Period

+++ Overtime

General Statement of Responsibilities:

The principal responsibilities for Registered Med Techs are to accurately provide medication administration; appropriately provide personal care and supervision of residents; and must always promote a positive work environment.

Duties:

Administer medications to residents according to prescribed dosages and schedules
Monitor residents for any adverse reactions or side effects from medications
Maintain accurate and uptodate medical documentation
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure proper medication management
Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed
Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
Follow all safety protocols and infection control measures

Skills:

Proficiency in medication administration and knowledge of different medication systems
Experience in acute care, assisted living, caregiving, or related fields
Strong understanding of medical documentation and recordkeeping practices
Compassionate and patientcentered approach to care
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
