Description

For our aerospace projects in Bayern, our teams are actively seeking DO-178 software developers (M/W/D) at Central Bridge. The position needs to be filled as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities will include:

Participating in the development of software for embedded systems used in aviation applications
Implementing technical requirements and detailed specifications to optimize the use of hardware architecture, assemblies, and microcontroller systems
Programming, commissioning, and testing board support packages for electronic control units
Coordinating tasks and schedules with other departments
Conducting software reviews for requirements analysis and design
Evaluating, documenting, and communicating results of the verification process
Actively contributing to product development and supporting project work in interdisciplinary teams

Requirements:

Proven experience in programming embedded systems and independently implementing technical requirements
Experience with model-based software engineering methods and tools
Good knowledge of hardware-related C programming and microcontroller programming
Experience with software development for aviation applications (DO-178) is desirable
Proficiency in Python
