Education:
High School Diploma or currently pursuing

Skills/Abilities:

Ability to speak, write and understand English in a manner sufficient for effectivecommunication with customers, management and co workers.
Basic computer skills including but not limited to the use of the Point of Sales System; thepayroll program and all other programs or systems that are adopted by The Salvation Army Adult Rehabilitation Center.
Ability to give change accurately.

While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to stand; use hands,handle, or feel; and hear or talk.

The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move upto 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, andability to adjust focus.

Working Conditions:
The work environment for this position is a store environment with a quiet to moderate noise level.
The environment may be dusty and may experience temperature fluctuations based on weather. Theemployee is routinely exposed to outdoor weather. Full-Time or Part-Time position; will requireweekend and evening hours.

Additional InformationThe following are part of our Benefit package offered to all associates. The below are representative of 2024 are subject to change on an annual basis.
Vacation Sick Time for Full-time and Part-time employees who work over 20 hours per week.
All Stores are closed on Sundays.
Stores are open 313 days a year. Closed Thanksgiving and Christmas.
Our benefit package includes 13 paid holidays throughout the year.
