GUEST RECONGITION SPECIALIST IDEAL CANDIDATES

We are seeking passionate, service-oriented, positive and hard-working individuals with a love for health and wellness, and an excitement for hospitality.

This is a Regular Full Time Position.
As Concierge, you will be responsible for:

Creating personalized experiences and connections with our guests that are on property, by offering the following services

Schedule Wellness Journey classes
Make Spa appointments for various treatments options
Booking transportation arrangements
Offer guidance on dining recommendations
Sending confirmations of all preplanned services
Overseeing welcome amenities to ensure seamless execution
Anticipate guest needs and takes ownership of guest concerns and requests; acts decisively to ensure guest satisfaction. Offers a special service touch when an opportunity is presented.
Have excellent interpersonal skills in communication and working alongside various departments
Feel confident supporting the Guest Experience team by greeting VIP guests upon arrival or at departure.
Stays in compliance with the dress code by staying in a neat, clean, and tidy appearance
Displays warmth, care and genuine enthusiasm when dealing with guests, team members and leadership.
Assumes training responsibilities when required; demonstrates a high degree of standards awareness; promotes teamwork and acts as role model.

Requirements:

QUALIFICATIONS

One to two years' experience as Front Office and/or Food & Beverage experience (or comparable role)
Strong computer skills
Strong/positive communication skills
Previous hotel/resort experience preferred
Willing and able to work all shifts including weekends/holidays
Must have reliable transportation
Must be able to work onsite
Knowledge/passion in Health & Wellness
