Patient Care Coordinator- 1+ years medical experience (required)
- Podiatry experience (preferred)
- High school or equivalent (preferred)
- EMR systems: 1 year (preferred)

We are looking for someone that is self-starter, a team player with a positive attitude, and able to work with mínimal supervision.
Pay:
$20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Job Duties
- Performs collect specimens
- Collects patient history, performs medication reconciliation and enters information in the electronic medical record.
- Maintains workstation at each location in a neat and orderly condition.
- Schedules time at each location
- Conducts clinic follow up visits and phone calls
- Performs clerical/administrative responsibilities such as filing and/or scanning patient medical records.
- Take inventory of clinic supplies and orders supplies as needed.
