Description

Your work will have an impact on commercial customers across the country, helping them gain new insight into their water usage and operations, and become more effective and efficient in water management.

• Install and repair irrigation systems as required
• Conduct regular maintenance on irrigation systems
• Troubleshoot and repair problems with irrigation systems including leaks, valve or wiring issues
• Perform system upgrades or expansions as necessary
• Ensure all work complies with relevant codes and regulations
• Consult with clients on irrigation solutions, including system design and water usage
• Operate power and hand tools safely
• Keep accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed
• Determine and communicate priorities, issues, and solutions
• Collaborate with commercial customers, property managers, landscapers and understand their needs and challenges. Exceed customer expectations and set the stage for multiyear relationships

• Proven work experience as an Irrigation Technician
• Knowledge of irrigation systems including pumps, pipes, sprinklers, and electrical wiring
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair irrigation system problems
• Knowledge of relevant local codes and regulations
• Ability to handle physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects and working in varying weather conditions
• Valid driver's license
• High school diploma or equivalent; certification in irrigation systems preferred
• Ability to work with remote teams and stakeholders
• Attention to detail
• Sense of ownership and Proactive cando attitude
