Lost Cowboy Brewing, Nashua, NH seeking a brewers assistant for our new 7bbl brewery.Key Responsibilities will be:
- Monitoring Fermentation
- CIP/SIP of all brewery vessels
- Wort and beer transfer
- Yeast harvesting, pitching and health management
- Hop & adjunct additions
- Grain handling, measurement and inventory management
- Cleaning and care of brewery equipment and parts
- Keg filling & cleaning
- Strict adherence to sanitary and recordkeeping standards
- Basic facilities cleaning & maintenance
- Draft line cleaning
Necessary Qualities:
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong work ethic
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Close attention to details
- Willingness to assist with tasks outside key responsibilities
- Efficient communication with team and customers
- Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment
- Punctuality
Requirements:
- ability to move 165 lbs
- Stand for up to 6 hours per day
- Handling of hazardous materials
