Job Description
The operating room (OR) is one of the most complex and demanding workplaces in a hospital.

The eye surgery department holds a special place in this area, as working here means being close to the patient, emotionally and professionally supporting them during their eye surgery, and feeling their gratitude when the tension is released and they are handed over to the recovery room team.

It is also fascinating to actively contribute to the success of these microsurgical procedures, whether as a room manager or as an operative assistant to the doctor.

The highly advanced equipment in the OR is both fascinating and supportive.
