    Benefits:

    • 30%-40% of Production
    • Healthcare sponsored by company with up to $500/ per month paid towards premiums
    • Vision paid by company
    • $6000 a year CE stipend with several CE courses provided with no cost to the candidate as well
    • 401K with 4% match
    • Company paid malpractice ins.
    • No lab fees

    Dentist Responsibilities:

    • Create dental treatment plans and coordinate oral health care during patient consultations.
    • Provide comprehensive dental care for diverse patient population
    • Caring and dedicated team member who is able to work independently, but is part of a large collaborative team.
    • Provide leadership and direction to clinical support staff in all areas of patient treatment.
    • Repair decayed and broken teeth through restoration techniques, potentially extract teeth, and restore edentulous areas.

    Qualifications:

    • DDS or DMD degree
    • Previous experience preferred, but more than willing to bring on those recent/soon to be college graduates.
