Entry Level Designer for Residential Remodeling specializing in Kitchens and Baths
We are hiring an entry level designer to support the design and selections process during condo renovations.

Creative Kitchens & Baths is a licensed general contracting renovation business based in Longboat Key, FL. We are looking for a talented and motivated individual to fill the role of Entry Designer.

As part of our design team, you'll play a pivotal role in assisting our head of design and clients through the renovation design process.

Collaboration is at the heart of what we do, and you'll work closely with the entire team to execute renovation projects.

To excel in this role, you'll need to be able handle multiple priorities, be able to research new ideas/topics and be self-motivated to learn the software(s) we utilize to design and communicate with our subcontractors and customers.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. We value self-motivation and the ability to work efficiently and accurately with mínimal supervision. The ability to utilize Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Adobe is expected.

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with finish material selections and load into builder trend software
Assist clients with scheduling appointments for finish selections and attending such appointments where required.
Assist head designer in all phases of the renovation project which include drawings for tile layouts, plumbing locations, A/V locations and other elevation drawings as needed for the renovation. (chief architect)
Communicate with subcontractors, designers, clients and other members of project team
Assist with marketing initiatives
Work with interior designers when they are involved with our renovation projects
Identify and resolve problems and conflicts

Requirements:

01 years of relevant professional experience
Experience with finishing materials such as countertops, tile, millwork are a plu.
Experience with software such as buildertrend and/or chief architect are a plus
The ability to multitask, prioritize, meet deadlines and make decisions in a fastpaced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to owners and clients
Perform functions efficiently and accurately with little direct supervision
Ability to use in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Adobe
Ability to organize, plan and prioritize tasks to provide a clear timeline and delivery of projects within budget and on time.
Ability to coordinate several projects at various stages at once
Ability to pay close attention to details
Problem solving and follow through skills
Ability to communicate clearly with subcontractors

Additional requirements:
Great work ethic, positive attitude, friendly demeanor, team player, and cooperative spirit. Must have the desire to produce quality results.

Pay:
$45k-50k
