    Description
    Astrobotic Technology, Inc. is a space robotics company that seeks to make space accessible to the world. The company's suite of lunar landers delivers payloads to the Moon for companies, governments, universities, non-profits, and individuals.

    Astrobotic's headquarters is in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, with a second location in Mojave, California.


    The Financial Systems Analyst will report to the Controller to support administration of Deltek Costpoint, serve as primary interface to project teams, and assist in Financial Planning & Analysis function.

    Job Responsibilities

    Responsible for the day-to-day support of Costpoint 8.1 as it relates to the accounting and finance modules
    Support financial systems, including Deltek Costpoint project accounting and financial tools, Deltek Time & Expense
    Manage monthly interfaces across applications, ensuring the integrity of the data by reconciling various reports
    Manage the ongoing processes and functions of Costpoint financial systems
    Assist with systems development, upgrades, and enhancements
    Serve as a technical resource to the user community within Finance and outside Finance
    Create and maintain process documentation
    Troubleshoot systems issues and document their resolution
    Support financial audit and IT audit process
    Train users and write financial system training manuals

    Required Skills & Qualifications

    Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Computer Science or related field
    Must have solid experience as a Project Accountant (Billing, Project setup, Revenue calculation) plus solid exposure to Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable
    Must have a good working knowledge of Journal Entries, reconciliation of sub-ledgers, all reports in Costpoint
    Good understanding of general accounting concepts, policies and procedures, and internal controls
    Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, especially advanced Excel and Microsoft Access
    Excellent communications skills, both oral and written
    Ability to generate high-quality training materials and conduct staff training as needed
    Ability to interact effectively with staff across all levels of the company

    Desired Skills & Qualifications

    CPA License Preferred

    Salary Range:
    $80,000 - $130,000

    The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position.

    The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors including individual performance, business objectives, and the candidates professional experience.

    Base salary is just one component of Astrobotic's competitive total rewards strategy.

    To conform to U.S. Government space technology export regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) you must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
