    • The job is on-site with a hybrid work schedule. Remote work is not an option. Candidates must be local or willing to relocate within commuting distance of Pittsburgh PA - first choice or Kalamazoo, MI - second choice

    Business Systems Analyst / Data Analyst :

    • Support 1:1 direct marketing campaigns execution
    • Work closely with marketing team and business partners to ensure the successful delivery of personalized, datadriven marketing campaigns
    • Consult with stakeholders to define targeted customer segments, campaign objectives, and success metrics
    • Translate marketing requirements into technical specifications for data selection, segmentation, and personalization
    • Write efficient SAS code to extract, transform, and format customer data for 1:1 direct marketing campaigns
    • Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the campaign execution process
    • Develop and maintain documentation of campaign logic, data flows, and business rules
    • Monitor campaign performance and provide insights to optimize future 1:1 direct marketing efforts

    Required Qualifications :

    • Strong proficiency in SAS programming for data analysis
    • Solid understanding of SQL and relational database concepts
    • Experience in supporting datadriven marketing campaigns, particularly in 1:1 direct marketing
    • SAS certifications
