TechOhana is an international recruitment company specializing in Salesforce, with locations in England, Germany, and the USA.

We are looking for a Salesforce Product Owner for an end customer in Hamburg.

The customer is currently implementing Salesforce internationally and is looking for someone to be responsible for the setup and rollout of the central tool for their sales departments.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a technical and economic leader, work with a motivated team to manage the Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud
Collaborate with the international team to implement the Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud in different countries, in order to achieve a global, unified technology standard
Derive your product vision from the company's vision and represent it to stakeholders
Optimize the Sales and Service Cloud, as well as the integration with other data sources, to create a holistic journey for sales and service users
Work with the expert and development team on major and exciting sub-projects, such as expanding the international omni-channel strategy in Salesforce
As a product expert, work with the SCRUM team to develop solutions for prioritized requirements
Stay curious and keep up with the latest technology trends from Salesforce and third-party providers, together with your team colleagues
