- Manage confidential information in compliance with laws.
- Compile and maintain DOT compliance for drug screening and driver certifications.
- Create offer letters as needed.
- Conduct new employee orientation and assist with on-boarding.
- Handle employee relation issues.
- Support employee recognition activities.
- Maintain accurate HRIS data and org charts.
- Process payroll, terminations, and compensation requests.
- Coordinate and participate in hiring events and recruitment-related activities.
- Assist recruitment team with candidate sourcing and screening.
- Provide project support to supervisors and hiring managers.
- Prepare HR reports as needed.
- Support timekeeping across projects/sites.
- Assist with new hire trainings.
- High School Diploma or equivalent; HR training preferred
- 2-3 years of HR support experience
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and communicate clearly.
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS databases.
- Knowledge of employment laws.
- Ability to work independently.
- BA/BS degree in Human Resources
- Familiarity with HRIS and payroll systems
- Previous experience with DOT compliance
