Description

Operations Manager - Helena Agri-Enterprises, LLC

Identifies and improves practices to reduce inventory shrinkage costs
Ensures accuracy in fertilizer freight costs and branch team training
Assists branch leadership in improvement activities
Manages inventory forecasting and stocking plans
Provides guidance on flat storage and inventory management
Supports division purchasing and business leaders in inventory actions
Manages long-term seed inventory for seed group

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree or technical school certificate required
3-5 years of operations, sales, or branch management experience in agriculture

Skills for Success:

Management and leadership skills
Ability to multitask and coordinate team meetings
Experience in safety regulations and heavy truck operations
Written and verbal communication proficiency

Work Environment:

Safety measures in place for outdoor work settings
Exposure to various outdoor elements
Physical tasks involving lifting and movement of up to 50 pounds
