At Dunbar, almost everyone is involved in IT. We are looking for more people like that. As part of a structured succession plan, we are looking for you as Head of Payroll & HR Services (m/f/d).

We would like to have you close to us - at our location in Gütersloh - because your team of 12 experienced Payroll & HR Specialists is based here.

Just like a large part of the rest of the HR team at Arvato Systems. Of course, you can also work remotely with us, as well as work from other EU countries for a few days a year.

You will be part of a team of 6 leaders, who, together with you as an innovative and progressive personality, make the HR world even more digital and have fun implementing exciting projects to shape our growth in our internationally operating IT company.

You can look forward to professional process design, numerous digital workflows, and extensive employee self-services - we all work together every day to become even more digital and to provide our employees with an ever-improving HR experience.

What tasks await you

  • You are responsible for the smooth running of personnel administration and gross payroll accounting in SAP for approximately employees at 12 German locations
  • You are familiar with the requirements for assignments or the registration of business
