Job Description:
- Estimation of turnkey projects in industrial and commercial construction in Anaheim
- Invitation to tender and evaluation of subcontractor services
- Development of alternative proposals during the bidding phase
- Preparation and participation in contract negotiations
Qualifications:
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or similar, alternatively Technician, Master or Foreman
- Professional experience as an estimator in industrial and commercial construction
- Alternatively: Several years of experience in construction management or project management in turnkey construction
- Knowledge of estimation software (iTWO) desirable
- Proficient in common MS Office applications (especially Word and Excel)
- Independent work style, team spirit, analytical skills
