    Description

    **Department** Customer Experience **Location** Monroe, OH

    We are actively seeking a **Customer Experience Specialist** to join our ***growing team*** at our facility in Sharonville, OH. This salaried position is the key client liaison, responsible for supporting the sales team by independently & efficiently taking highly-detailed orders from clients & coordinating the process with planning, processing, & packaging teams.**Every day is different at PCS**

    PAC Contract Services is a full-service contract packager & supplier; we partner with businesses large and small, offering a wide range of packaging solutions and capabilities. PAC Contract Packaging is a division of PAC Worldwide.

    **Responsibilities:**

    ***Manage customer orders and expectations from start to finish***

    Receive customer orders via various media including telephone, fax, e-mail, and electronic EDI feed.

    Responsible to make administrative/procedural decisions for assigned accounts.

    Confer with customers to provide information about services, to take orders, to give pricing quotations, to obtain details on customer complaints and to update customers regarding their order status or changes

    Establish, maintain and update files, databases, records, and reports for customer accounts.

    Recommend improvements in processes, products, packaging, shipping, service or billing methods and procedures to prevent problems, reduce costs and/or satisfy customer needs.

    Work with customers, transit department, production and accounting to coordinate returns, credits and replacement orders as needed.

    **Qualifications:**

    Previous manufacturing/sales support experience.

    Business to business is helpful.

    Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving and follow-up.

    Professional appearance and communication.

    **Education and/or Experience:**

    2-3 years experience working in customer service.

    High School Diploma/GED is required;

    College degrees are highly regarded.

    **Language Skills:**

    Capable of speaking, reading and writing English with excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills.

    **Physical Demands:**

    Sit at computer up to 90% of the time & able to lift 35 lbs. equipment such as a computer, copier, mail machine, printer, fax, stapler and other various pieces of office equipment.

    **Work Environment:**

    Plant environment.
